Today was a wonderful day. We met everyone at our new home ecclesia, the Kempton Park meeting, located about 15 minutes away. There were lots of names and faces to try and remember, but it was fantastic to get to meet everyone. They held an end-of-year children's praise concert after memorial and you may watch and listen to a 30-second clip of the singing by following this link:

The Kempton Park Ecclesia is a vibrant, active meeting with over 25 children, which is amazing to me since, coming from small ecclesias, we never even had 25 members TOTAL back in the Midwest U.S. The African people here turn out in droves for Christadelphian events. We quickly ran out of chairs in the meeting hall and car seats available to transport everyone there.
We also went into the Tembisa township today for the first time this trip to deliver some children's toys the local Mugg & Bean restaurant had donated to a local creche. We're having our first of many weekly meetings here at our rental house tomorrow morning with Lucas and Leona to discuss scheduling upcoming activities and more work in Tembisa.
